We appreciated our stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs De Zermatt and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. the hotel was clean, staffed with exceptionally nice people, and offered a gorgeous breakfast. the location was great, just a short walk away from Denner Partner.

It has both good and informative staff. Make sure to get classic double room with Matterhorn view, dirt under the bed, the heated floors.

I like the attitude of the owner n the service staff... It was more like visiting clise relatives. I got outstanding response from the staff... Whenever i visit lucerne i will stay here... Love everyone in the hotel..

The room was a classic queen room with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, which we loved upon arrival, and the location was fantastic, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff is patient and accommodating. the breakfast is gorgeous and absolutely superb with plenty of options. - There is a great swimming pool available. - the hotel has an excellent and beautiful location very close to the main city center and the main shopping street.

The sauna and jacuzzi are only open for 4 hours per day. And the "lounge" is a narrow, lower-ground floor room with two rows of aging chairs facing each other - not very inviting.
